This role bridges client strategy and media execution—perfect for someone who can both think big and dive deep into performance data. You’ll mentor junior and intermediate team members, shape testing plans, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.You’ll bring advanced expertise in Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and more, and a deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, and media efficiency. You’re not just fluent in platforms—you’re fluent in clients’ business goals.What You’ll DoClient-Facing Strategy & LeadershipLead the development of integrated paid media strategies to meet client goals (ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.)Act as a strategic partner to clients: present insights, performance recommendations, and new opportunities in clear, compelling waysAlign cross-functional teams (paid/media buying, creative, analytics, account) on campaign direction and KPIsTie media performance back to business growth goals, target audience behavior and high value actionsCampaign Oversight & OptimizationGuide paid media strategy across platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, YouTube, LinkedInProvide oversight on campaign planning, launch, monitoring, and budget pacingCollaborate with media buyers to ensure execution aligns with strategic objectivesDevelop testing frameworks and champion ongoing experimentationStep in on accounts as needed to manage or troubleshoot campaigns directlyTeam Mentorship & EnablementCoach and mentor junior and intermediate paid analysts to improve technical and strategic capabilitiesSupport the development of internal best practices, playbooks, and performance benchmarksHelp streamline workflows and performance reporting to elevate team impactAnalytics, Reporting & InsightsOversee and support development of performance dashboards and reports, focusing on the most important business impacting metrics Help tell the story of how our digital advertising program is supporting client business goals to senior managementSurface trends, risks, and growth opportunities using a data-informed approachRecommend adjustments to improve campaign outcomes and client satisfactionYou Bring5-10+ years of paid media experience, preferably at a digital agencyProven track record managing 6–7 figure budgets (annual) across multiple platformsHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, programmatic DSPs, TikTok Ads, etc.Deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CVR)Strong client communication skills: confident in meetings, clear in reportingExperience managing or mentoring team membersStrong Excel and Google Slides skills; able to build compelling presentations from dataBackground in health, wellness, or pharmaceutical brands is a strong assetPerks & BenefitsWe offer a fun, flexible working environment with health and wellness programs and a supportive culture to help our team live their best lives—both personally and professionally:Hybrid working model (currently in-office once every two weeks)Company-sponsored team lunches and a fully stocked kitchen with snacksWellness breaks and team retreatsHealth & wellness office equipment supportSponsored learning and development opportunitiesFocus FridaysOffice located at Dundas and Spadina in TorontoSalary: $90,000-$100,000 annual
