Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical New Product Introduction (NPI)? About the Role: As Project Manager II, youll oversee the full lifecycle of 10+ complex NPI projects, from CMO onboarding and Health Canada submissions to production and commercial launch. This is a highly visible role with direct ownership of timelines, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across departments like Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing. What Youll Be Doing: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches on time and within budget Serve as the primary liaison with global CMO partners Support portfolio performance tracking, pipeline reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Champion change and process optimization across the PMO using tools like Smartsheet and SAP Collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that values initiative and impact What Were Looking For: 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical NPI (sterile injectables or generics preferred) PMP Certification (required) Proven success managing complex projects in cross-functional, multicultural teams Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, and related tools Why Apply?
