Job Description

As the Branch Manager you will provide leadership and direction to a smaller-scale branch team, ensuring every member experience is positive and efficient. The Branch Manager is also responsible for developing strategies to enhance community impact, build member loyalty, and achieve employee engagement targets while managing a personal portfolio of members. Build strong relationships with internal partners and identify opportunities to enhance the branchs presence within the community. Promote open communication within the branch and lead performance management practices to support accountability and growth. Develop operational plans, budgets, and staffing strategies to effectively meet business needs. Monitor performance, ensure compliance, and oversee staff scheduling to meet service delivery and efficiency targets. Business Administration degree or diploma. ~Registered as a mutual funds representative or willing to obtain license within a three-month period. ~ Access to transportation and willingness to travel within the SASCU community. ~ Solid experience in consumer lending and investments. ~ An aptitude for business development and relationship building. ~ 91 per year) plus performance-based incentive pay, and a pension plan with SASCU matching all funds.
