ClaimsPro LP Field Adjuster, Full-Time (Penticton, BC) The Adjuster actively manages claims and seeks to maximize business development opportunities through effective marketing and timely follow-up. Qualifications and Experience : Experience in at least one of the following areas: Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, Bodily Injury claims. University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance. Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience. Adjusters license or current pursuit of CIP designation. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Commitment to ongoing education and professional development. Effective analytical skills, including cause and effect analysis. Strong investigative skills. Ability to draw valid conclusions and communicate effectively. Competence in interpreting complex legal documents and performing advanced numerical analyses. Access to a suitable vehicle, with a full drivers license and a satisfactory driving record. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks. Proactive, positive customer service approach, handling inquiries efficiently and timely. Strong interpersonal skills for managing conflict and difficult situations.
