The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. The primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.Lead Generation Proactively identify and research potential leads using diverse channels including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry networking events.Lead Qualification Evaluate prospects using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to assess their potential value and readiness to engage in the sales process.Outreach and Engagement Initiate contact with leads through personalized communicationemails, calls, and social media messagesto introduce company offerings and establish initial rapport.Relationship Building Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships by actively listening to prospects needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored information to guide them through the buyers journey.Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience with 3 years working in the UPS/Generator Industry or Technical Service sales Good time and project management skills Working experience with NetSuite System or similar CRM.
