A licensed optician OR someone with optical experience would be an asset! What Youll Do: Lead the Team: Motivate, train, and manage staff to deliver top-tier service. Drive Operations: Streamline daily workflows, optimize schedules, and hit performance targets. Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and personalized journey. Achieve Results: Monitor KPIs, maximize sales, and foster a positive store environment. Who we are looking for: Someone to develop the teams capabilities. At least 2+ years in a customer-focused retail environment, with proven management or supervisory experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with customers and team members. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving business goals. Proficiency in computer systems and retail software. Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable. Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings. An Optician or Optical Experience would be an asset but is not required. Perks of the position: Hourly payrate $28-$38 per/hour depending on experience and qualifications. 3 weeks paid vacation.
