At least 2+ years in a customer-focused retail environment, with proven management or supervisory experience. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving business goals. Proficiency in computer systems and retail software. Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable. Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings. An Optician or Optical Experience would be an asset but is not required. Perks of the position: Hourly payrate $28-$38 per/hour depending on experience and qualifications. 3 weeks paid vacation.
