Project Administrator (Contract - 3 months) Join Ainsworth Inc as a Project Administrator on a 3-month contract and contribute to our teams success. Job Summary The Project Administrator will provide essential administrative support to Project Managers, assisting in project delivery and client services, with a focus on operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, Sales, and Site Superintendents to streamline tasks such as change order management, meeting minutes, contracts, and correspondence. Ensure timely and accurate project administration, including change orders, RFI tracking, shop drawings, and document control. Support project team in developing and implementing cost-effective delivery strategies. Manage project documents, including RFI submissions, shop drawings, and tracking logs. Oversee subcontract agreements, ensuring documentation compliance and follow-up with contractors for bonds and insurance certificates. Maintain organized project files according to company standards. Attend meetings, record minutes, and distribute them appropriately. Coordinate information submissions from owners, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Assist in creating Operations and Maintenance Manuals and support the preparation of As-Built Drawings at project closeout. Proactively support the project team to complete tasks and ensure documentation accuracy. Qualifications Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in a related field. At least 3 years of experience managing documentation in databases such as Procore, SharePoint, or Viewpoint. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
