To support this goal, the In-Flight Service team seeks a Cabin Crew Manager to engage, inspire, and coach frontline ambassadors in customer service, operations, and safety excellence. This role involves leading on the ground and onboard, focusing on developing cabin personnel capabilities and enhancing the customer service experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or higher Adaptability and flexibility for 24/7 operations Ability to work shifts and support flexible schedules Experience in leadership, motivation, and coaching Completion and maintenance of Flight Attendant training Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills Intercultural competence Strong organizational and visionary skills Analytical and creative thinking Knowledge of safety, service standards, and labor relations Attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Experience in airline or hospitality industries an asset Fluency in English and French or route language Punctuality and dependability For full job details, please refer to the Air Canada Careers page.
