As our Landscape Construction Foreman, youll work closely with our Project Manager to oversee all aspects of landscape construction. Youll manage and mentor a team of 3-4 workers, ensuring high-quality installations of Kelownas most exclusive landscapes. Plan, schedule, and execute landscape construction projects from start to finish. Promote safety, excellence, and innovation on every site. Master the art of custom installations, including: Paving stones, slabs, and flagstone Water features and drainage systems Natural stone walls (hand-stacked or machine-built) Low-voltage lighting and irrigation Experience: 2+ years of formal training or 5+ years of field experience in landscape construction.
