Job Description

Our client is currently seeking several HR Systems Training Specialists to support their current requirement in providing software and systems training until late 2025. Extensive travel is required as part of this opportunity. What youll do: Provide ongoing support to the program team to design and refine engaging learning content that supports HR transformation initiatives. Facilitate hands on technical training sessions for team leaders across the company organization delivering virtual and/or in-person to ensure accessibility and effectiveness. Plan and execute in-person workshops, managing all logistics including venue selection, travel arrangements, and catering for groups of various sizes. Collaborate with the program team throughout the development process to ensure training materials are relevant, clear, and aligned with overall program goals. Continuously evaluate and refine training content to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the team and aligns with program goals. Provide continued support for customers from training sessions, Go-live cutover activities, and through Payroll cycles. You are looking for a project-based role in HR Training and: Have 1-3 years of experience within HR Training or learning and development (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Bring 2+ years of strong systems training delivery experience. Hold a bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preference in Human Resources. Comfortable with both in-person and virtual technology-based learning, and able to adapt to evolving priorities. Have a strong familiarity with Human Capital Management solutions, (preferably Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Management). Have provided direct support for customers during project launches/system go-lives, serving as first point of contact. Apply adult learning principles to create positive learning environments and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care. Have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel to facilitate in-person workshops (extensive travel will be required). As travel across Western Canada is expected, proximity to a major airport is considered an asset.
