Our core values are transparency, leadership, and collaboration.ResponsibilitiesLead the Integration team responsible for asset and data conversion of new and departing clients.Guide the team through methodology, setup, configuration, and platform implementation.Develop strong relationships across FCC departments and external vendors.Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes tailored to each client.Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation.Recommend process improvements to support client setup and transition.Support sales efforts by providing technical and process insights.Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with audit standards.Foster a high-performance, development-focused team culture.Manage risks associated with new client integrations.Qualifications7-10 years in Financial Services, including 5+ years in brokerage management.Experience in client conversions/onboarding and cross-departmental collaboration.College degree or equivalent experience.Knowledge of brokerage systems like Dataphile, OSS, or others is a plus.Experience with Python, flat files, SQLite, MySQL, and ETL processes is a plus.SkillsExcellent communication skills.Strong accountability and initiative.Knowledge of regulatory obligations, Canadian brokerage operations, and technology impacts.Project management and process scaling experience.Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.Effective presentation skills.Understanding of Canadian regulatory environment and CIRO/OSC rules.Additional InformationCurrent work authorization in Canada is required.
