Ready to scale.Your MissionWere looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager with elite-level skills to fully own the strategy and execution across our portfolio of high-growth DTC brands. This role isnt about maintenanceits about making a measurable impact from day one. Youll be joining a delivery pod with a Growth Strategist, Analyst, CRM Manager, and CRO Lead, and your execution will be backed by our custom data infrastructure that ties every channel back to the P&L.You'll lead performance across Meta and TikTok, along with other relevant paid social platforms. You've demonstrated success scaling monthly budgets into six figures while hitting CAC and margin targets. You have expertise in structuring accounts, building effective testing frameworks, and driving resultswithout requiring constant direction.This role offers the chance to deliver at the level of the best in-house growth teams. You know how to hit CAC and margin targets, not just ROAS. You understand how paid social fits into a full DTC growth engine and how to adjust quickly when the numbers shift.Were not looking for potentialwere looking for proof. Youve already run large budgets, built smart structures, led creative testing, and know what works at scale.
