They are looking for a talented Development Team Lead to manage an expanding team of developers while also contributing to hands-on coding and development.As the Development Team Lead, you'll guide and mentor a team of developers, manage agile sprints, and ensure seamless alignment between business objectives and technical execution. This role requires excellent communication, prioritization, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, startup environment.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.Hands-on Development: Actively engage in the development process, contribute to the codebase, conduct code reviews, and resolve technical issues.Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Science Officer (CSO) to translate business goals into actionable technical deliverables and help drive the product roadmap.Infrastructure Oversight: Manage cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and optimization.Cross-functional Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical and non-technical teams.Qualifications:8+ years of professional experience in software development.2+ years in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.Deep expertise in JavaScript (Node.js, Express, React, React Native) and Python.Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services and designing scalable, reliable architectures.Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI tools, and model training is a plus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
