We are seeking a competitive CSR / Inside Sales Rep, who's ready to engage with our extensive Global client base, and ultimately work Sales & Customer Service queries. NOTE : we require the successful candidate to reside within commutable proximity to our Vaughan, ON head office. The successful candidate will interface regularly with existing customers via inbound & outbound calls, via email or through the Web for the purpose of selling products & services. Fostering strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction, and maximizing sales through persuasive techniques will provide integral. An ideal candidate will possess a minimum 1-2 years of successful customer service with inside sales experience in an entrepreneurial, high growth environment. Responsibilities & Desired Qualifications: Achieve overall assigned targets towards all HD simulators, Flite Trac & Compact related products by processing customer orders Liaise and coordinate customer service where applicable, as well as providing basic customer service support Handle inbound calls focusing on customer satisfaction & retention Listen attentively to customer needs &/or concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport towards furthering sales Coordinate sales & customer service efforts with other departments to deliver customer needs ( e.g ., Accounting, Marketing, Project Mgmt, Production, Shipping, and Tech Support) Other ongoing duties as required for overall IST sales team successes Work independently & collaborate in office-based environment Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage high volume of sales & customer service activities Experience with SalesForce (CRM) an asset A lucrative, performance-based pkg. (base salary + sales commissions) will have this CSR / Inside Sales role earning an annual compensation of $75,000-$90,000...
