Job Summary seeking out a well-rounded, individual to welcome to the team as a Flat Roof Salesman and Estimator Responsibilities and Duties Shall be experienced in roof take-offs, estimate preparation/delivery and developing lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities: Accurately estimate and price out potential jobs, adhering to company margins Preparing and presenting bids and estimates to condominium boards, building property managers and owners, school board, property managers Ensuring accurate estimates, pricing, adhering to company margins Proactively identifying and contacting potential customers Meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas and following established company guidelines Estimating the date of project commencement for the customer based on your knowledge of production schedules Outstanding customer service skills Evaluating site conditions and preparing project estimate Networking both during work hours and periodically after hours while representing the company at designated industry network groups Identifying site specific conditions which may deviate from the standard project for specialty pricing Maintaining proper and accurate sales reports Qualifications and Skills self-motivated, adaptable and have a persuasive personality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong active-listening skills Computer literate with Microsoft Office products and the use of a smartphone. Qualifications: 1-3 years minimum of roofing sales and estimating experience Proven success in closing sales Ability to follow up with customers and keep positive working relationships to*close* sales Valid Drivers License is a must Willingness to learn an adapt to a fast-paced work environment Benefits Estimator employees are offered a competitive compensation package and are paid a base salary Vehicle Heath, Dental and Vision RRSP Program
