Stella-Jones is looking for a Sales Manager to maintain strong relationships with our customers and drive sales success within a geographic area. This remote role requires frequent travel (40-50%) to engage with clients and ensure seamless execution of sales activities.Develop a deep understanding of customer programs, contracts, and specifications. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to enhance cost-efficiency in sales operations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and review insights with customers. Pursue contract extensions proactively and seek new sales opportunities. Lead bid tender preparation and ensure competitive market positioning.Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering (preferred). Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience (industrial customers, utilities preferred). Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
