With a reputation for quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service, they are looking to expand their team with a Flooring Construction Estimator/Sales Associate who shares their passion for excellence. As a key team member, youll work closely with clients from concept to completion. Your role will include: Guiding clients through product selection and design Conducting on-site measurements and preparing accurate estimates Reading blueprints and understanding project specifications Overseeing the process from estimation to post-installation follow-up Delivering top-tier customer service throughout every project phase What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in the flooring industry Strong initiative and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle Passion for delivering superior customer service What We Offer Competitive starting salary Health & dental benefits Life insurance coverage A supportive, reputable, and long-standing team environment
