The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and managing staff. They will coordinate events, from planning to execution, while maintaining the elegance and sophistication of the venue. Additionally, the General Manager will handle budgeting, financial reporting, and liaising with clients and vendors to ensure a seamless experience.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and organizational skillsExperience in hospitality management, event planning, and customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in budgeting, financial management, and reportingAbility to solve problems and handle stressful situations effectivelyExperience with vendor management and contract negotiationsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
