Sage Recruiting is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join a SaaS company that develops software for nonprofits and associations. Our client provides a variety of solutions, including membership management, content management systems, communication tools, event solutions, and more. They are committed to using innovative technology to deliver outstanding results while offering an exceptional customer experience.As an Implementation Specialist, you will work as part of the implementation team, configuring and deploying CRM-based SaaS projects for clients. You will collaborate closely with the Implementation Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and meet client requirements. This is a hands-on role where you will gather client requirements, analyze and configure solutions, and support the overall implementation process. Youll need a solid technical background, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to help ensure that each client’s needs are met effectively.What You Will Be DoingCollaborate with Implementation Managers to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical configurationImplement system configuration using database entities (objects), fields, views, listings, dashboards, and moreMaintain organized project documentation using Confluence to track progress and ensure that all relevant information is up-to-dateUse project management tools like Jira to track progress on assigned tasksDevelop a deep understanding of product features and capabilitiesIdentify gaps and clarifications needed, and communicate closely with the customer for answersPrepare data imports and a data migration planParticipate in client meetings as required, providing updates and assisting with technical support during the implementation processEnsure the smooth transition of the solution to the client, including training, to support a positive onboarding experienceContribute to the product lifecycle by providing feedback on feature improvementsMaintain and retain product and services knowledge at all timesWhat We Are Looking For2+ years of experience supporting SaaS implementation projects in a B2B environmentExperience working with CRM, databases and configurable SaaS productsProven ability to gather and understand client requirements and assist in configuring solutions to meet those needsSolid technical and analytical backgroundStrong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and customer successFamiliarity with project management tools such as Jira and ConfluenceAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needsA problem-solving mindset, able to troubleshoot and resolve client issues during implementationNice to HaveExperience in a client-facing role in a startup environmentBasic knowledge of change management processes in SaaS implementationsFamiliarity with improving usability in software productsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: CAD $60-75K with paid time offFully remote work options + flexible hoursProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits planLife, disability, and critical illness insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Sage Recruiting is a Technical and Executive Recruitment company that partners with top-tier startups and SMBs across North America to build their Product and Engineering teams.
