Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Technical Support (Primary Focus):Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to AR devices.Provide both remote and on-site technical assistance to end users.Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation and user guides.Assist in the development of diagnostic tools and automation scripts to streamline support processes.Logistics Support (Secondary Focus):Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.Oversee the AR device loaner program, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and inventory control.Coordinate the distribution and return of devices, maintaining clear records and ensuring timely turnaround.
