Require an experienced Chef, specializing in Italian cuisine, to oversee kitchen operations in a reputable, well established and extremely busy fine dining Italian restaurant. Duties and responsiblilties to include but not limited to: kitchen staff schedules and optimizing productivity and effeciency, food cost, sourcing and ordering produce, meats, fish, and other products, food safety control, organizing catering and other events, inventory control as well as ensuring high quality and presentation of menu items.
