About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SaaS Account Executive who can strategically leverage semi-automated inbound sales development techniques to drive growth. Reporting directly to our Head of Revenue, you will be instrumental in connecting with users that have signed up for our product and can be converted into paying customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Pipeline Generation: Build, qualify, and develop inbound and organic leads into sales-ready opportunities. Use a mix of strategies, including phone, email, and social media to connect with incoming sign-ups. Identify prospective customers pain points and correlate these back to the Visualping offering. Build a healthy pipeline and follow up persistently with prospects. Top-up your inbound pipeline with outbound account development (20%-30%) Sales-Assist Support: Provide initial touchpoint support to new user inquiries, ensuring prompt and helpful responses. Assist potential customers in understanding Visualpings value proposition and guide them towards the next steps in the sales process. Full Account Ownership: Owns entire revenue life cycle of the customer: from demo to closing, to account expansion Responsible for increasing ACV by value selling and ''leaving no money in the table'' Your Week at a Glance: Provide initial discovery, demo, and troubleshooting support to inquiries Actively manage a portfolio of active proof-of-concepts for active deals Close deals and assist with accounts payable process Own relationships and build opportunities for expansion What You''ll Bring: 5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role at a SaaS company Proven track record as an SDR, BDR or Account Executive meeting or exceeding targets Proven track record in demoing and closing higher-ACV accounts in an SMB environment Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills An entrepreneurial mindset adaptive, self-driven, and hands-on Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience; a second language is a plus We Welcome Everyone to Apply: At Visualping, we celebrate diverse experiences and backgrounds.
