I am looking to hire a part time employee to assist me in maintaining and running a small rental portfolio that we own. Duties will vary, but I am looking for someone who would be interested in working 1-2 days per week on a regular basis, hours can be flexible, come and go as you please as long as the work is done. We own 8 residential properties, and 3 commercial properties (storage facilities, car washes, and laundromat) . Duties include but are not limited to: - Lawn care - Snow removal - Handyman Repairs - Possibly Property Management services - Little customer/tenant relations Duties are simply to help maintain the properties we own and keeping them in good condition, keeping customers and tenants happy. I am a very relaxed person, happy to be flexible with scheduling and I defiantly do not micro manage. Must have a truck, tools, be a good person and hard worker.
