We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Regional Vice President on behalf of our client, to lead and expand their operations throughout Western Canada, encompassing a network of over 40 facilities. This senior leadership position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving financial performance, fostering team development, and enhancing customer satisfaction across the region.The RVP will oversee a team of 6 direct reports (Area/Market Managers) and will be responsible for developing and implementing regional strategies that align with the organizations overall objectives. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT:* Provide hands-on leadership across 4 provinces, 40+ locations, ensuring consistent execution of corporate standards, safety, quality, and customer service.* Lead, coach, and develop management level direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and collaboration.* Drive revenue growth, manage P&L for the region, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure targets for profitability and operational KPIs are met or exceeded.* Translate national initiatives into regional execution plans. Look for opportunities for expansion through acquisition and/or development.
