What Youll Do: Operate wide-format printers, flatbed UV printers, and digital presses Set up and run CNC routing equipment and laser cutters Handle a variety of substrates including vinyl, foam board, acrylic, aluminum, and more Perform finishing tasks including trimming, laminating, mounting, and packaging Maintain clean, organized workspaces and perform basic equipment maintenance Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure high-quality results and meet deadlines What You Bring: Experience with wide-format, flatbed, or digital printing (preferred but willing to train the right candidate) Familiarity with CNC or laser equipment is a strong asset Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors before final output Physically fitcomfortable lifting 40 lbs and standing for extended periods Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and hardware Positive attitude, team player, and pride in a job well done Nice-to-Have: Experience with RIP software like Onyx or Fiery Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Previous experience in sign-making, packaging, or production environments What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage Health and dental benefits after probation Opportunities for training and advancement A creative and collaborative team environment Modern equipment, clean workspace
