Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Territory Sales Representative to join our client''s reputable team, supporting business development and account management within the Oil Sands sector. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders across the industry, including project owners, engineers, fabricators, contractors, and distributors. You will serve as a trusted representative in the region, building relationships and driving sales in one of Canadas most vital energy markets.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners across the Oil Sands value chain.Regional Representation: Act as the company''s representative within the Oil Sands community. Experience with onsite Oil Sands operations is an asset but not required.Sales Process Ownership: Lead the full sales cyclefrom identifying new opportunities to supporting project implementation and post-sales service.Team Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues located in key regional hubs such as Fort McMurray and Calgary to align on strategic goals and client needs.Travel RequirementsExpected travel is approximately 2025%, primarily within Alberta, including regular visits to Fort McMurray, Edmonton, and Calgary.QualificationsExperience: Background in sales or business development, preferably within the energy, industrial, or construction sectors.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills, with a focus on building long-term client partnerships.Industry Insight: Familiarity with the Oil Sands sector or similar industrial environments is a strong advantage.Mobility: Comfortable with regional travel as part of regular client engagement and team collaboration.
