Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes procurement strategy aligned with business goals for assigned categories, including sourcing and contingencies.Researches, analyzes, and interprets industry and market trends.Negotiates and executes business tenders; leads contractual discussions and liaises with cross-functional teams.Develops competitive benchmarks and financial models to analyze offers and deals for viability and profitability.Assesses business risks related to procurement and ensures transparency of risks to the organization.Sources, onboards, and manages vendors; also handles vendor terminations when necessary.Measures supplier performance, identifies improvement initiatives, and supports corrective actions.Assesses commodity hedging strategies and executes hedges with raw material suppliers to ensure supply stability and enhance restaurant profitability.Drives purchase cost savings initiatives to improve restaurant profitability.Acts as a point of contact with vendors in assigned categories to resolve issues impacting restaurant owners.Oversees and manages the onboarding and launch of new SKUs at the Tim Hortons system.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.MBA with a specialization in Supply Chain or Finance or CPA/CFA designation preferred.5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement within North American Fast Food or Food & Beverage Manufacturing.Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and team collaboration skills.Experience in developing financial models to analyze deals and offers.Excellent analytical skills for researching and interpreting data.Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.Category-specific purchasing experience preferred.Experience in QSR, food processing, retail, or CPG sectors preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).*This is a 12-month fixed-term role.RBI is an equal opportunity employer.
