One of Millenilinks clients, a management consulting organization that specializes in the Financial Services industry, is hiring an Associate Partner to lead the Canadian region of their organization. Our client is headquartered out of Switzerland with various locations across presence Europe, Asia and North America is looking for an expert with significant experience in the Canadian Market to join and lead their team's growth. As the Associate Partner leading the practice based out of Toronto for the Canadian region, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of the Banking practice in Canada. You will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, fostering client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality consulting services to Financial Services & Insurance clients. In addition, you will hold a leadership position within the Canada office, contributing to its growth and overall success.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the FSI practice that aligns with overall business objectives.Drive business growth landing (digital, regulatory and operational) transformation management consulting engagements with FSI clients in wealth management, asset management, retail banking, commercial banking, insurance and reinsuranceDrive business development efforts to identify and capture new opportunities within the FSI sector and ensuring profitable growth for the practice.Leverage industry expertise to propose extension of Advisory offerings in software engineering as well as data and AICultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective FSI clients.Engage in key account expansion, sales leadership, client engagement initiatives, understanding their unique challenges, and offering tailored solutions that drive value and impact.Represent our client as a subject matter expert in the Banking industry, always staying on top of and ahead of industry trends and contributing to conferences, seminars and other events to promote capabilities.Play a vital role in the growth and development of the Canada office, contributing to strategic decisions and operational excellence.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants within the Banking practice, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.Provide guidance and support in project execution, ensuring the team delivers expert solutions to clients.Key Qualifications:10+ years of banking, wealth management or insurance experience at a management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy, enterprise architecture, business development, or in a management function within a Bank or Financial Services company.Understanding of large program delivery and complexities.Experience in managing multiple teams (including managing across multi-disciplinary technical and business facing teams) on complex projects while motivating team members to succeed.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders.Experience in sales and project acquisition (leading the proposal development process).Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes.
