Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Operations We are seeking a motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our exciting and rapidly growing Sales Team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process within the US market.As an inside sales rep you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, and qualifying prospects. If you are looking for a dynamic, motivated and ambitious team to join this opportunity is right for you!This role will report to the Director of Sales.Tasks and Responsibilities:Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails or other online channels.Understand customer needs and requirementsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureResearch accounts, identify key players, gather important intel and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryAnswer potential clients questions and send additional information if required.Keep an updated customer database (track progress, notes, etc).Using strong communication skills to book a discovery meeting to introduce our products and services to potential clientsIdentifying potential customers through lead generation and qualifying these leads based on interest and purchasing abilityBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.Researching and recommending new opportunitiesCoordinating with the outside sales team and other team members to achieve company sales targetsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyMaintaining a customer database and documenting all customer interactions and transactionsParticipate in Sales meetings and share intel collected during calls on trends, customer feedback and market findings.
