The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the client requisition process in order to encourage a fair and competitive environment and maximize full revenue potential. As part of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) team, you will maintain adherence to program process compliance, introduce efficiencies and overall effectiveness within the account to deliver superior quality services to the client, internal stakeholders and suppliers. Providing consultative support to end users to clarify job responsibilities, skills and other requirements of specific requisitions.Reviewing and managing candidate submittals from suppliers to ensure the best qualified candidates are presented for end user review and placement.Scheduling and coordinating all on-site interviews with candidates through the supplier community and providing feedback to suppliers.Overseeing the proper use of VMS technology by client managers, suppliers and the suppliers workforce.Creating and managing program Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training and communicating updates to the supplier community on a regular basis to ensure understanding and complianceEnsuring the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) identified in the SOP are met within the specified timelines and that corrective action is taken when necessary to drive change.Facilitating to ensure suppliers appropriately manage employee on-boarding, employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews and off-boarding activities.Supporting the Account Manager in preparing the SLA and scorecard for client review. Facilitating the performance audit/scorecard review on a quarterly basis with suppliers.Supporting the clients business recruitment planning for all locations across Canada.Utilizing a proactive approach and recommending process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency, and eliminate or reduce future issues and errors through the use of a daily issue log. Ensuring that identified process improvement items are incorporated into the scorecard review.Reviewing weekly billing exception (kick out) report and gathering information from suppliers in order to correct billing issues in a timely manner. Providing a complete analysis of escalated issues to the Manager, MSP on a weekly basis.Managing, reporting and tracking use of sub-vendors within the program in order to provide quality service to the client.Performing other duties and participating in special projects as assigned.About youWe want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:Completion of post-secondary education or related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibilityA minimum of three (3) years of related experience, ideally in the service industry.Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.Working knowledge of VMS and ATS systems an asset.Bilingualism (French/English) is required.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal to various audiences at all levels of staff and management.Proven consistently high levels of customer service levels, with an ability to build strong working relationships with clients and MSP suppliers.Superior organizational skills. While meeting client needs consistently, is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, and prioritize any new tasks as required. Works with a sense of urgency with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.Displays a willingness to cooperate and work as part of a team, assisting others when required.Proven ability to maximize profitability, while ensuring compliancy to mitigate risk.Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
