The Territory Manager will focus on developing new high-profile accounts and expanding existing business, particularly across large and strategic organizations.You will:Develop and close new business opportunities through a robust sales pipeline.Expand business within assigned key accounts and distribution channels.Train, motivate, and collaborate with distributor partners.Act as a technical advisor on product applications and new solution rollouts.Work closely with internal support teams to ensure outstanding customer service.Conduct facility walkthroughs to offer customized safety and industrial solutions.Manage your activities, customer data, and sales opportunities through Salesforce.com.Present product demonstrations, including software integration presentations.Travel regionally overnight up to 40%-50% of the month.What You Bring:Bachelors degree from an accredited institution (required).Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.Industrial manufacturer or distributor sales experience (strongly preferred).Valid drivers license and ability to travel regionally overnight.Strong ability to present technical solutions to diverse audiences.Demonstrated skills in consultative selling and complex solution management.Familiarity with OEM industries and industrial workplace applications.Analytical mindset focused on continuous process improvements.Highly collaborative personality and results-driven approach.Work Hours:MondayFriday, flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.Ready to Make an Impact?If you are passionate about consultative selling, enjoy building long-term client relationships, and are excited to join a global leader making workplaces safer and more productive, we want to hear from you!
