This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex, regulated environments and has a proven ability to engage clinical stakeholders, map processes, and translate real-world needs into executable system requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead business analysis for enterprise-level healthcare system implementationsCollaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather and validate requirementsDevelop comprehensive documentation including workflows, business processes, and gap analysesConfigure and support healthcare information systems, with a focus on the Allscripts suiteDrive adoption of standardized processes across provincial healthcare teamsSupport the integration of clinical information systems for long-term and homecare registrationProvide change management expertise in alignment with organizational goalsParticipate in implementation of PROCURA Mobile for homecare environmentsRequired Experience & Skills:10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting digital system implementation and process mapping7+ years working on healthcare information system projects with clinical stakeholders3+ years implementing standardized provincial clinical and operational processesHands-on experience configuring Allscripts (Altera/Eclipsys) ADT or Clinical Documentation applicationsProven track record supporting long-term care or homecare information system rolloutsExperience with PROCURA Mobile in a homecare settingStrong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsCertifications Required: Allscripts/Altera (Eclipsys) Configuration Certification (ADT or Clinical Documentation)Prosci Change Management CertificationPRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner CertificationIf you are outside of Canada, please do not apply.
