WHO WERE LOOKING FORWere looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Web Development Project Manager to lead and coordinate web design and development projects from kickoff to launch. Youll work closely with designers, developers, strategists, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals.WHAT YOULL DOOwn the day-to-day management of website projects (e-commerce development, design projects, feature requests, ).Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, scopes, and status reports.Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between designers, developers, and content teams.Identify risks, troubleshoot roadblocks, and manage changes in scope or timelines.Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE TABLE2+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or similar environmentStrong understanding of web design and development workflows (e.g., wireframes, UX, CMS builds, QA, and launch)2+ years client facing experienceFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid workflowsExperience with capacity planning Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian appsExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsComfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines at onceExperience in requirements gathering, scope management and resource planning.Experience producing project estimates and tracking billable hours against client budgetsExperience in developing project timelines, gantt charts, progress reports to communicate status, milestones and projections to key stakeholdersExperience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or other common CMS/eComm platformsPMP certificationWHAT YOULL FIND HEREBenefits that matter like time off without limits, healthcare coverage, and moreLearning from the best.
