BettingJobs are working with a large and successful iGaming Operator who are looking to add a Head of CRM to their team based remotely.The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of CRM specialists and VIP hosts. Reporting directly to the Executive Committee, they will own the end-to-end CRM strategy, from segmentation and campaign planning to personalisation and loyalty initiatives, ensuring every customer touchpoint is meaningful, timely, and effective.Responsibilities:Define and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across multiple brands and markets.Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of CRM professionals and VIP hosts.Own CRM performance metrics, including player retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value.Leverage Optimove to its full potential to deliver personalised, data-driven multi-channel campaigns.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Customer Support to align CRM efforts with broader business goals.Represent the CRM function at the executive level, providing insights and strategy updates to the Executive Committee.Requirements:Proven leadership experience in CRM within the iGaming industry.Strong hands-on experience with Optimove is a must.Demonstrated success in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive measurable commercial impact.Inspirational leader with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.Deep understanding of segmentation, personalisation, campaign automation, and customer journey optimisation.Commercially minded, data-driven, and customer-obsessed.Ability to work US hours.
