We are seeking an experienced Quarry Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our quarry in Bayside, NB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and experience in a quarry setting. This role requires a hands-on leader who can optimize production, manage labour, and ensure safety compliance. We are a quarry producing 1,000,000 tonnes of aggregates per year and shipping majority of those materials to our customers via ship through the Port of Bayside. Key Responsibilities: Working with existing personnel to oversee and monitor the performance of the crushing spreads to ensure optimal production. Organize and manage labour resources efficiently. Review and analyze production data to improve output and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety. Qualifications & Experience: Required: Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in an industrial or mining environment. Asset: Previous experience working in a quarry. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
