Business Consultant Workload Analysis Project Duration: June 9, 2025 May 29, 2026 Hours: 7 hours/day | 255 Work Days Positions: 2 Business Consultants (Level 2)Were seeking experienced Business Consultants to lead a provincial government initiative focused on identifying inefficiencies, streamlining services, and reducing staff workload through automation and optimized business processes.Responsibilities:Lead the workload analysis initiative, facilitating working sessions and stakeholder engagementWork with business areas to define project scope, timelines, and resource needsDocument current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvementsDevelop and implement a change management plan to transition from current to future stateDefine and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of changesRegularly report on project progress, status, and budgetRequired Qualifications:Demonstrated experience leading business transformation or process optimization projectsExpertise in project management, change management, and business process analysisStrong communication and facilitation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in or with public sector environments is considered a strong asset
