Were looking for a high-performing, driven individual with proven construction sales experience and an established network within Edmontons construction sectors.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction, renovation, and property managementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managersReconnect with previous clients to encourage repeat business and referralsConduct site walkthroughs and consult with clients to understand project scope and requirementsWork with the estimating team to prepare timely, accurate proposalsManage a pipeline of opportunities through CRM tools and follow-up strategiesAttend industry events, networking functions, and site meetings to stay visible and generate leadsTrack and report performance against monthly and quarterly sales targetsWhat Were Looking For:2 years of outside sales experience specifically in construction or related B2B service industriesA well-established network in Edmontons construction, development, or property management sectors is essentialStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsComfortable with field-based work, including site visits and in-person consultationsHighly organized and proficient in using CRM systems and sales toolsIndependent, self-motivated, and results-focusedValid drivers license and reliable vehicle requiredThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to a growing company.
