We're friendly and like a good laugh.TENAQUIP is seeking a results-driven MRO/Tooling Specialist to support sales growth by delivering customized maintenance, repair, and tooling solutions. This role involves assessing customer needs, recommending products and identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. You'll work closely with sales teams and supplier partners, leveraging technical expertise to position TENAQUIP as a trusted advisor in enhancing equipment performance and operational reliability across key industrial sectors. ResponsibilitiesAssess customer needs through site visits and technical discussions with maintenance teams.Recommend optimal tooling, lubricants, cutting solutions, and MRO products based on performance and cost analysis.Collaborate with internal sales teams and vendors to support technical proposals and project planning.Deliver product demonstrations, tool trials, and ROI-based presentations to drive informed purchasing decisions.Lead conversations on tool standardization, supply chain consolidation, and preventive maintenance strategies.Represent TENAQUIP at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as a technical expert.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Canadian industrial market, focusing on reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency.QualificationsCollege certificate required; bachelors degree preferred35 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial settingStrong technical and mechanical aptitudeExcellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skillsAbility to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficient in PowerPoint and comfortable delivering presentations and training sessionsStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer solutions and value creationWe are an equal opportunity employer.
