As a Commercial Account Executive, you will promote HUBs comprehensive suite of insurance products and services. Our extensive offerings enable you to serve as a full-range insurance advisor, supported by our Sales Enablement team and best-in-class research tools. We also celebrate top performers annually through our Superior HUB Awards & Recognition Program (SHARP). A Day in the Life Manage customer expectations effectively. Assist clients with questions regarding their coverage via phone. Communicate client needs and issues with company personnel. Understand agency and company rating systems and websites. Negotiate rates and coverage with underwriters. Follow up on changes, renewals, etc., with insurance companies. Review and analyze claims, discussing findings with clients. Explain coverage details to clients. Follow up on accounts receivable. Present new business and renewal sales proposals. Upsell and cross-sell to close deals. Prospect for new business, typically $20,000 to $100,000 premiums. Prepare marketing submissions, proposals, and insurance summaries. Verify accuracy of policies, endorsements, audits, etc., received from insurers. Issue certificates of insurance and liability slips. Review payments. Perform miscellaneous duties as required. Qualifications Level 2 General Insurance License. Results-driven with a focus on sales. Ability to build strong customer relationships. Thorough knowledge of commercial insurance. Commitment to personal growth and development. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Salary Expectations The compensation structure is variable, comprising a discretionary draw plus commission. Total earnings depend on your book of business, skills, experience, and location.
