The Technical Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and conducting training sessions for RBH Access Control systems both on site and virtually through software such as Teams. The role involves providing technical support, delivering both theoretical and practical training, creating and maintaining training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to ensure training aligns with product specifications and customer requirements. Additionally, the position requires helping customer's with solution design support for their products.QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Communication skillsExperience in Technical SupportSkills in Training & Development and Technical TrainingProven ability to create and deliver effective training programsStrong understanding of Electronic Access Control systemsAbility to work collaboratively with different departmentsBachelors degree in a related field or relevant certificationExperience in the security or technology industries is a plusAdditional Job Details:Full -time positionMonday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PMBenefits include Medical, Dental, Life Insurance
