Youll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage full-funnel Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger)Oversee campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance trackingAnalyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and report on ROIEnsure accurate pixel implementation, event tracking, and attributionTroubleshoot technical issues related to Meta Ads Manager and Business ManagerCollaborate with creative teams to test and iterate on ad creatives and messagingStay ahead of Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practicesProvide strategic insights to support broader marketing and growth initiativesWhat You Bring:46 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns, ideally in eCommerce or DTCProven track record of scaling paid social campaigns and improving ROASDeep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, and conversion trackingStrong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting toolsExcellent communication and project management abilitiesWho We Are:Founded in 2016, Transformer Table is a Canadian startup redefining the furniture industry with innovative, modular designs.
