We are a client-focused and driven organization whose goal is to become a primary construction service provider for businesses and institutions in the GTA.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of ICI construction projects in Northern Ontario. The ideal candidate will manage all project aspects, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and financial targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to closeout.Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety, and adherence to project plans.Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and resolve project-related issues.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in the ICI sector.Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project).Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A supportive and dynamic work environment.Profit Sharing
