For more information about our company, visit As part of the Executive Leadership Team and reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Director - Sales and Marketing will be a key strategic driver in accelerating Adamson Systems Engineerings global growth and market influence. This role will lead the sales and marketing function, championing go-to-market strategies that amplify brand presence, fuel demand generation, and deliver consistent revenue performance. The Director will guide the development of high-impact campaigns, foster distributor and customer relationships, and translate market intelligence into actionable sales strategies. As we continue to innovate and expand globally, we are seeking a commercially astute, data-driven, and hands-on leader who can inspire high-performing teams, optimize commercial execution, and position Adamson as the brand of choice in every key market. Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals, driving growth across domestic and international markets. Set and monitor sales targets, pipelines, and forecasting processes to ensure consistent revenue generation. Expand and support global distribution networks, ensuring channel alignment and performance through enablement and strategic support. Marketing Strategy Development & Execution Design and execute integrated, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to key verticals and geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate closely with the sales team to create demand generation programs that convert into qualified leads and closed opportunities. Revenue Growth & Demand Generation Lead the creation of multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Oversee the development of sales tools, training materials, and collateral that enhance field effectiveness. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Lead market research to gain actionable insights on customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor positioning to refine go-to-market strategies. Identify new growth opportunities through segmentation, new product positioning, and geographic expansion. Budget Management Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets to maximize ROI, optimizing resource allocation across channels and initiatives. Brand Leadership Ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity across all touchpoints. Lead storytelling strategies that increase market impact and brand affinity. Campaigns & Event Management Plan and execute high-impact campaigns, trade shows, and events to support brand visibility and lead generation globally. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product Development, Customer Service, and Operations to align marketing and sales initiatives with company-wide goals. Act as the voice of the market within the leadership team to influence strategic planning. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Technology Integration & Innovation Leverage CRM systems, automation platforms, and AI-driven tools to enhance customer engagement, pipeline visibility, and campaign personalization. Skills and Qualifications Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a must. 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing leadership roles, preferably within B2B and B2C environments. Experience from manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
