These professionals will work within agile, cross-functional teams to research, design, prototype, and test digital services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative, evidence-based front-end design solutions aligned with GoA standards.Produce wireframes, prototypes, style guides, design specifications, and component libraries.Support usability testing and design validation.Collaborate in agile ceremonies and sprint activities.Ensure designs meet accessibility and digital inclusion standards.Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.Plan and execute design research activities including field studies and user interviews.Must-Have Qualifications2+ years of experience as a Front End Designer enhancing digital/web services.2+ years creating UX artifacts such as storyboards, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.2+ years working in agile, cross-functional teams.Nice-to-Have Experience2+ years working with design systems/component libraries.Experience designing across devices (web, mobile).Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility best practices.Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure.Experience in a public sector digital office or transformation initiative.
