Reporting directly to the Vice-President, Academics, the AVP provides strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure excellence in program development, delivery, and evaluation.The AVP leads a team of program coordinators, instructors, and administrative staff, fostering a high-performing, learner-centered environment rooted in community and Indigenous perspectives.
