Our ITR team specializes in providing top-tier IT professionals to support our clients' technology needs.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Staffing Operations to lead our ITR team's staffing functions. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of IT professionals to meet client demands, while also fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Qualifications:5+ yrs of experience in Onboarding processes, Time tracking & Reconciliation, Payroll and compliance oversight and consultant care preferably with IT staffing agencies. Excellent communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in staffing and payroll software (Bullhorn, Sage, ADP etc.,) and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Job Responsibilities:Onboarding ManagementOversee and execute the end-to-end onboarding process, including offer letters, onboarding initiation, background checks, contract agreements, and ensuring updates to both the candidate and client portals are accurate and timely. Ensure compliance with Soroc and client onboarding requirements (e.g., NDA, security protocols, IT access, etc.).Welcome Package CoordinationCollaborate with Recruiters to ensure new hires receive welcome packages via email or in person on their start date.Ensure that documentation is personalized and aligned with client and internal branding standards.Consultant Engagement & Check-insConduct regular First Day, Weekly, and Monthly check-ins with consultants to ensure a smooth transition, assess satisfaction and productivity, and proactively address any issues.Maintain a record of check-ins and escalate concerns to Engagement or Account Managers as needed.Time Tracking and ReconciliationManage weekly time entry submission and approvals in the Time Tracker portal.Partner with Accounts Payable to address inquiries and lead the resolution of timecard discrepancies.Ensure timely approvals to support accurate billing and payroll.Payroll and Compliance OversightOversee the accurate reporting of T4 and incorporated contractor hours for payroll processing.Ensure adherence to payroll timelines and verify compliance with employment standards and internal policies.Contract Lifecycle ManagementAssist Resource Managers and Consultants with contract extensions, amendments, and renewal processing.Ensure contract data is current in internal systems and accurately reflects terms and billing parameters.Contract TCV and spend tracking. Tracking spend to the resource level.Work with finance to track rebate for applicable clients.Communication LiaisonServe as the primary point of contact between consultants and Engagement/Account Managers.Gather and communicate consultant or client feedback, and support the resolution of performance or engagement issues.Operational & Administrative SupportSupport the staffing team in managing consultant invoicing, client billing cycles, commission tracking, contract terminations, client holiday schedules, standard work hours, and consultant referrals.Maintain updated SOPs and process documentation.Assist with Monthly SOW Governance reporting and data collection.System and Data ManagementEnsure the accuracy of consultant data in ATS/CRM systems and staffing dashboards.Generate reports to monitor consultant activity, contract milestones, and operational KPIs.Continuous ImprovementIdentify and recommend improvements to staffing operations, consultant engagement processes, and onboarding workflows to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
