About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within a large, public-sector health environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in clinical IT systems, organizational change management, and Microsoft 365 migrations.This is a fast-paced, high-impact role supporting mission-critical projects that enhance how healthcare services are delivered and supported through modern digital infrastructure. Requirements (Must-Have Experience):10+ years managing IT projects in healthcare or public sector environments, implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years. (mandatory, please do not apply unless you have this)7+ years coordinating internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to deliver digital transformation outcomes5+ years implementing or migrating organizations to Microsoft M365 and Exchange Online in large clinical or public-sector settings5+ years coordinating or conducting testing for M365 services, including Exchange Online transitions5+ years applying structured change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR) Certifications: MANDATORY - PLS DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL 3PMP (Project Management Professional) (MANDATORY)Prosci Change Management (ADKAR) (MANDATORY)PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner (MANDATORY) Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital health projects across multiple teamsLead transition to Microsoft M365 and Exchange Online, including coordination with business and clinical stakeholdersCoordinate delivery teams, vendor partners, and executive stakeholders to meet scope, timeline, and quality expectationsFacilitate testing and validation of cloud-based productivity tools (M365/Exchange)Report progress and risk to senior leadership and steering committeesDevelop and implement organizational change management strategies using a structured methodologyOnly qualified candidates will be contacted.
