Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Call Centre Representative to join one of Canada's largest credit unions. This person will be onsite five days a week in Downtown Vancouver. The chosen candidate will be working on assisting large financial institutions and internal stakeholders in resolving a variety of transaction discrepancies. This will include dealing with financial data, providing high level analysis, responding to emails and advisory phone calls and updating tracking in excel spreadsheets. This person will have great attention to detail and be able to multitask.
