As a key leader on the Marketing Team, the Director, Global SEO will develop SEO Strategy to maintain and grow retail and ecommerce brand visibility in search engines through content, technical SEO, backlinking and conversion rate optimization.What You Need to DoLead the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at driving high-quality organic traffic, increasing conversions, and acquiring new customers.Effectively communicate the SEO roadmap to executive leadership, outlining project timelines, key milestones, performance metrics, and resource requirements. Provide regular progress updates and ensure achievement of KPIs related to rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.Continuously update the SEO strategy to align with evolving industry best practices, including advancements in AI and other emerging technologies that influence user behavior and search trends.Monitor and report on competitor SEO performance and strategies, offering insights and benchmarks against top-performing websites.Build and manage a high-performing SEO team, including technical specialists, across multiple regions.
