Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to play a key role in expanding ourclient base and strengthening our presence in the Canadian and U.S. markets. In this role, you will beresponsible for revenue and profit growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities whilepromoting our comprehensive logistics services, including customs brokerage, freight forwarding, andsupply chain solutions.Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets by building strong client relationships and offeringcustomized solutions for import, export, and domestic storage and transportation needs.This is a true hunter role, with major duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.Build and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, networking, and trade shows.Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue growth.Successfully negotiate contracts, initiate orders, and drive business with grit and determination.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver personalized solutions tailored to client needs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities (calls, presentations, closed deals, and follow-ups) in CRM systems such as Salesforce.Job Requirements:Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and lead engines (e.g., ZoomInfo) is an asset.Previous experience in customs brokerage, trucking, freight forwarding, or a related logistics field is a strong asset.A basic understanding of modern technology (integrations, reports, and automation) is important.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong oral and written communication skills..Positivity and adaptability in an ever-changing environment with shifting priorities.Must be self-motivated and possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.Valid Driver's License, maintain a clean vehicle and excellent driving record, and willingness to travel as required.French proficiency is optional but highly desirable, as it will help expand our presence in the Quebec market.Pay range: $70,000 to $90,000 + commission. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
